Get a New Pad Overnight – RapidCare!
If your pad definitely has something wrong with it, contact Scriptel support and you will get a new pad overnighted to you. Ship the bad pad back to Scriptel. If the problem is covered by warranty, then it’s all free! If not, then you will pay a repair and shipping charge but you still keep the new pad.
Virtualized Systems
Scriptel doesn’t use virtual serial connections and all pads are verified Citrix Ready. The exact same signature pad can be used in any Citrix or RDP system as in standard DrakeTax. If you are using RDP or an older version of Citrix, Scriptel has an inexpensive software solution to help make the connection.
